Oil pastel neon 12 colors

The extra-soft oil pastels in NEON colors are so cool. They are a great painting utensil for your small and large hobby artists. The soft chalks with oil content are suitable for exciting painting techniques such as smudging and blending, for which the applied chalk is smeared with a sponge. This also makes smooth transitions between different colors possible. But scratching techniques are also very easy with oil pastels. To do this, several colors are applied in layers. Details are then scratched in, for example with a wooden skewer, to make the underlying colors visible again. The crayons are similar to wax crayons, but are significantly softer and can be easily smudged, allowing for images with smooth gradients.
