A celebration for gardeners, chefs and the community

“Today I plant, tomorrow I cook” is a cookbook, a short guide to growing fruit and vegetables at home and a picture book all in one. And also a wonderful celebration of community - filled with 12 recipes from all over the world that are easy to implement and therefore perfect for young chefs. From asparagus and peas in spring and cherries in summer, peppers, pears and pumpkins in autumn and potatoes and citrus fruits Winter: Gardening takes place all year round in Blumenstadt. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are planted, cared for, harvested and processed into delicious dishes on window sills, balconies, roof terraces or gardens.

The recipes - savory and sweet cakes, soups, sauces, pancakes and croquettes - reflect a variety of cultures and feature fresh and easy-to-source ingredients.
