Alexander von Humboldt - Little People Big Dreams
He was supposed to follow in his father's footsteps, who was a Prussian officer, but the tutor saw in Alexander above all a "reluctant person to learn" who preferred to collect plants and shells. At the age of ten, he designed maps of the planetary system and the American continent. Later he travels to America himself and notes everything he notices there. The conclusions he draws from this are revolutionary. And his books are still read today. He was the first environmentalist - over 250 years ago!
